The much awaited Blantyre Business Park that was commissioned by President Prof. Arthur Peter Mutharika in 2018 is almost complete and ready to start operations.

Located at Chichiri in Blantyre City, the Blantyre City Council supervised project has been constructed at a supersonic speed.

The Business Park among other things comprises an international class shopping mall, a big conference room, a casino, 210 room hotel and two modern restaurants.

The magnificent building, is not only beautifying the City of Blantyre and Malawi as a whole, but also has created employment opportunities for Malawi’s youthful population.

President Mutharika toured the facility in early September, 2019 to appreciate its progress and was duly impressed describing the facility as top class

It is expected that the hotel will open its doors to the public shortly soon.
