Corporate Services

The Director of Corporate Services (DCS) heads this department. The corporate services department exists for a purpose “to provide general strategic support and legal services” in the National Local Government Finance Committee.

The department provides critical strategic support services that facilitates the achievement of NLGFC set goals and objectives. The department is also responsible for human resource management and development, Information Communication Technology (ICT), financial management and accounting and office services. In addition, directorate of corporate services also provides legal advisory services to NLGFC and the secretariat.

Functions of Corporate Services Department

The department performs the following functions:

1. The management and accounting of financial resources
2. The management and development of human resources
3. The provision of office services
4. The provision of ICT services

The department has four divisions;

1. Accounts Division
2. Human Resource Management Division
3. Administrative Division
4. ICT Division
